Most Frequently Asked Questions

 Q: When will I be able to buy court side tickets? 

A: Court side seats will be available to purchase beginning August 1, 2023. Email businessoffice@theciaa.com for order information. 

Q: Are tickets only available digitally via a Smartphone? 

A: When you purchase tickets on the Ticketmaster website, you can select a Will Call delivery option. The tickets will be printed and will be available for pick up at the arena box office no earlier than the start of the first session on Monday night. 

Q: Can I buy tickets through the CIAA office? 

A: No. The only way you can buy tickets is through Ticketmaster or in person at the CFG Bank Arena box office. 

 

Q: How can I buy an ADA seat? 

A: You can purchase ADA seats on the Ticketmaster website. Once you get to the CFG Bank Arena you will be directed to the ADA seating locations. 

 

Q: Is there an option to limit the ticket fees that are charged? 

A: The Ticketmaster fees are not charged on tickets that are purchased IN PERSON at the CFG Bank Arena box office. Not all fees are waived, but the Ticketmaster fees are not charged. 

 

Q: When will single session tickets be available for purchase? 

A: Single session tickets will go on sale September 25. 

 

Q: What are the different types of tickets I can buy? 

All-session general admission tickets (Monday-Saturday) 

Weekend general admission tickets (Thursday-Saturday) 

Single session general admission tickets 

Weekend reserved center court tickets (Thursday-Saturday) 

Single session reserved center court tickets 

 

Q: What are weekend tickets? 

A: These are packages that include tickets for Thursday-Saturday only. 

 

Q: Can you explain how the sessions will work and what tickets are needed? 

A: Games will be broken out as follows: 

Session 1: Monday, February 26 - 2 games; Both games included with Session 1 ticket 

Session 2: Tuesday, February 27 - 6 games; Six games included with Session 2 ticket 

Session 3: Wednesday, February 28 - 6 games; Six games included with Session 3 ticket 

Session 4: Thursday, February 29 - 2 games; Both games included with Session 4 ticket ARENA CLEARED BETWEEN SESSIONS 

Session 5: Thursday, February 29 - 2 games; Both games included with Session 5 ticket 

Session 6: Friday, March 1 - 2 games; Both games included with Session 6 ticket 

ARENA CLEARED BETWEEN SESSIONS 

Session 7: Friday, March 1 - 2 games; Both games included with Session 7 ticket

Q: How can I transfer my tickets to another individual? 

A: Game tickets may be transferred to another person through the Ticketmaster app. Once a ticket is SCANNED for a session, it may not be transferred to another individual. SESSION tickets may be transferred but must be used for all games within that session.

How To Transfer Tickets

  1. Open the Ticketmaster App and sign in to your account.

  2. Navigate to My Events and select the event to view your tickets.

  3. Tap Transfer. NOTE: If the Transfer button is grayed out, your tickets are not eligible for transfer.

  4. Select the tickets you'd like to transfer and tap Transfer To.

  5. Enter your recipient's information, including their mobile number or email address and an optional note.
    TIP: If a mobile number is entered, a link to claim the ticket will open within a text message–all you need to do is press send! If an email address is entered, a link to claim the ticket is sent via an email message. 

  6. Tap Transfer Ticket.  Note: Your transferred tickets will show as sent. When your recipient has accepted them, the ticket will show as claimed. You will receive an email confirming the ticket has been accepted by your recipient. After a successful transfer, the ticket is no longer valid for entry from your account.
