The CIAA was in attendance as the Elizabeth City State University Vikings edged out the Saint Augustine’s Falcons with a 24-13 victory at the Down East Viking Football Classic.  It was our 4^th stop of the tour and many fans were already excited for the CIAA Tournament in February.
